Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Aren RockTech Private Limited for our services including education fair registration, counselling services, admission guidance, and digital marketing packages.

2. Student Registration (Free Services)

Student registration for our education fairs and basic counselling is completely free. No refunds are applicable as no payments are collected for student registration.

3. Paid Services Refund Policy

For paid services (premium counselling, admission guidance, digital marketing packages, exhibitor stall bookings), the following refund policy applies:

4. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If AREN ROCKTECH cancels an education fair or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund within 15 business days. You may also choose to transfer your registration to a future event.

5. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed to a later date, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. No refund will be offered for postponement, but you may request a refund within 7 days of postponement announcement (subject to cancellation policy).

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances: payment gateway fees, GST and other government taxes already remitted, bank charges, customized services already delivered, and any services partially consumed.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@arenrocktech.com with subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your payment receipt, service details, and reason for cancellation
3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 3 business days
4. Refund assessment and approval will take 7-10 business days

8. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
